  • We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your date and allow time for custom planning. Major holidays and weekends fill quickly, so the earlier the better!

  • All of our packages include delivery, full setup, styling, and breakdown at your chosen location. We bring everything needed and style it on-site so all you have to do is show up and enjoy.

  • Setup times vary by package:

    • Balloon + Backdrop installs: 2–3 hours

    • Luxury Picnics: 1.5–2.5 hours

    • Sleepovers: 2-3 hours

    Takedown is coordinated with you or your venue and typically takes 30–60 minutes.

  • Yes, a small travel fee may apply depending on where your event is located in the Keys.

    Fees are based on round-trip mileage, gas, time, and staffing needs. We’ll quote exact fees during booking.

  • Key West weather can be unpredictable! If your setup is outdoors:

    • We strongly recommend a Plan B location (covered patio, indoors, or tent).

    • We do not offer refunds due to weather but can reschedule or relocate your setup if notified at least 24–48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

    • In some cases, we may need to adjust or cancel on-site setup if weather conditions make it unsafe (heavy wind, lightning, etc.).

  • Yes! We love working with local accommodations. Just ensure your host approves outside vendors and that we have ground-level access or an elevator for large setups. You’re responsible for getting location approval before your event date.

  • Yes — we handle all teardown and cleanup of our decor and rentals. You don’t need to lift a finger. We’ll coordinate a takedown time with you or your venue.

  • We can travel throughout the Lower, Middle, and Upper Keys, but some restricted properties (like gated resorts or no-vendor beaches) may not allow outside setup. We’ll work with you to confirm location approval in advance.

  • Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event.

  • Absolutely! While we offer popular themes and packages, we love designing one-of-a-kind setups. Just send us your vision or vibe — we’ll bring it to life.
